I had a very wonderful experience with One Oak Properties . The owners are very kind, supportive, efficient, and organized. Every concern I had was addressed very quickly. I always felt taken care of and safe. The unit was clean, beautiful, and very effortless with the application process. When we got locked they came and let us in right away with a smile on their face. It is a very very personable ran business and I’d highly recommend them! A definite go to in Dawson Creek. So thank you Wendy and Family for being amazing! You have definitely helped make my return to the Dawson Creek area a pleasant one.

The basement suite was nice but it was dirty when I moved in with holes in the wall and a broken heater in the bathroom. They told me this would be fixed but I rented for 14 months and nothing ever got fixed. I emailed my one months notice 3 days before the end of the month. It took 4 days for an email back (after the 1st of the new month) saying that it wasn't in the correct format so I had to pay for an extra months rent while I wasn't living there. When it came time to do the final walk through they told me it wasn't clean enough. Although it was way cleaner then when I moved in, they said it would be about 4 hours of cleaning (I personally don't see it) in the end they deducted $140.00 from my deposit. When asking what was dirty they didnt really have a specific answer and got very offensive. If you're thinking about renting from them make sure you take before and after pictures and read your agreement thoroughly.
