Due to my son's trauma ..in early childhood, he gets overwhelmed and struggles w anxiety. It was hard for him to take his first step into the studio 🎶 but staff were so caring and compassionate they lead the way naturally 💓My son attended summer camp @3SB and literally has not stopped dancing ever since💕 I absolutely admire how 3SB is not just a dance studio...they are a family, they contribute and emphasize the value in community🌺 kids come first🌺 Best energy ever🌈🦅🎶

The community encountered at 3rd Street Beat, including mentorship, individual instruction, group classes and friendships with peers have been instrumental in facilitating my teenagers’ dance skills, personal growth, confidence, gratitude and compassion over the past 6 years. At 3SB, skilled instructors offer a learning environment that not only focuses on skill development, but also includes education on the history of hip hop and related dance, culture, diversity, inclusion and service to the greater community. The owner, instructors, staff and parents have been proactive in their adaptation to the uncertainty the pandemic has created, ensuring to the best of their ability, the safety of all age groups entering the facility. 3rd Street Beat hosted our child’s LOL themed birthday party. I am used to planning my own parties and wasn’t sure what to expect. The decor, cake and entertainment was exactly what I wanted. Luke ( owner) was very helpful during the party and always asked if there was anything else we needed. The facility is clean, safe and large enough to hold children and parents. Totally recommend for parents that don’t want to plan or clean up. Would book again!!!

I only gave 4 instead of 5 stars because the lady at the front was less than inviting. I had been in touch with the studio via email in regards to my son trying out the Funky Tots 3-5 year old class via drop in but when we arrived, the front desk lady quite rudely insisted that this was not allowed. Nonetheless, I ended up paying the fee and my son joined the class for that morning and had a blast.

First time there today. Awesome place, love the cafeteria and the lady( Gabriel), she is so welcoming. My daughter love her dance class so much( first time) . The teacher ( DJ) is so friendly and my daughter said she felt so comfortable in the class. Thank you thank you.

The dance school is amazing! Nothing else like it in Edmonton! Having a small cafe on location is also a huge benefit! Check out this place for a buzzing vibe, we are lucky to have such a great program like this in Edmonton!

Have had the best experience with 3SB and staff the past 3, almost 4 years, thats i've been apart of this family. The amount I've grown as a person has been due to this dance studio and I could not be more grateful to teachers, mentors, and friends who have taught me valuable lessons throughout the years. The personal growth I've achieved here will always come first in my explanation of 3SB, but this is not to disregard the insane amount of dance talent that is cultivated from this studio. Ive been able to progress from a flail-y kid to a professional dancer in one of the most prestigious crews at 3SB, The Business. I appreciate everything that 3SB has offered me over the years and I won't forget it. Highly recommend 🙂

My sister had her nephews bday party here. I can't believe how friendly of a welcome we received from Lukas and Zak. The kids had a good set up of activities, during which 3 employees
where there supervising the kids. They were playing music and dancing with everyone. All the kids loved them. The energy was amazing ! So fun ! Even for the adults. Later they had set up a bouncy castle. Kids had a ton of fun. There is also a cafe in there. Yummy lattes. Great place for kids birthday parties.
