From the minute we walked into 4C's trailers we felt very comfortable. Vary nice and helpful people plus a mascot Bob Joe to great us. I had a great feeling about them and there product. Needless to I ended up with the trailer I wanted.
I would like to Thank all the staff from the front to the back that set up trailer the way I wanted it.
Great group I would highly recommend stopping in to see Glen & staff they will help you.

Cylinder bracket broke on one side and twisted other side. After looking close, most cross member welds broke.may have been a bit overloaded so be very careful there. Poor grade metal used and very poor welding.

When it all goes wrong you find out the sort of people you are dealing with. They blame you for buying defective products. We purchased a trailer and five bins four of them defective as follows

Shallow welds
porosity in the weld
misaligned doors
bent rails
missing parts
They are badly made and inferior It looks like the only way ahead is take it to court .My advise just don`t buy from this company

I run a landscape company and just bought a 14K lbs Load Trail dump trailer from Glen and could not be happier! This trailer is built tough! And it comes with smart features such as an emergency hydraulic drain to allow you to drop the bin if the ram is extended and the batter dies. I am VERY pleased with the trailer as well as the staff I worked with.

Big thank you to Glen for calling me before they sold out of the model I wanted and a big thank you to Ashley and Jodi for helping me get all the paper work signed. I am so happy to have found this company and I expect to be buying trailers from them for a long time to come!

do you use this company if you want something to last and want to have service.. they will not repair anything and will pass the buck onto manufacture which is in the states... if you feel like driving 8 hours for repairs have at it... recommend not using them whatsoever. if you want to know more details feel free to contact me. but i have learned my lesson.. do not buy from dealers who purchase american products that are not set up for canadian climates photos of my 1 year old trailer which they will not fix. is this acceptable i do have emails to back up my statements.

Very good to sell a trailer but that's where the good service ends. The communication on when your trailer will be finished is horrible, they miss installing things that you paid for and argue over it. They also don't take any responsibility for anything faulty on their trailers.
And forget talking to anyone in the service department, they don't answer the phone or return calls. Will not be doing anymore business with these guys.
I have spoken to management multiple times and it does no good. They don't care either.

Was told that the trailer is backed up by warranty and they have fixed only one issue.
The axel fell off my $23000 trailer and also the paint job sucks.
It has been 1 year and still no compensation or fix has been offered for these two issues.
Chris is not a good guy to deal with and if you have a problem with their product he blames you for everything and says you didn’t follow this manufacturer specification. When in reality it is just a mistake made by them.
I had my trailer there for promised warranty work for over a week and they were supposed to fix the paint and the charger issue. They didn’t do anything until I called them the day before I picked it up and asked is it ready.
What horrible service and what bad customer support.
I have fought them on every aspect and still have not been compensated.
A buddy of mine also was told just to take a hike and offered only $500 to fix his paint on a 4 month old dump trailer made by load trail. Again not a cheap unit!!!
For the money they charge now for these units I expect complete service and a quality product and customer support that is realistic.
This is simple and these trailers are not rocket science machines. Very simple. The least they could do is accommodate your needs for warranty repair as the quality of Load trail is clearly suffering.
Don’t buy one here buy a trailer from Capital trailer. All the United States trailers were not built for Canada climate.
Double A is made in Alberta Canada and they are well built with a good product warranty and coating for our cold climate.
I have bought a new triaxel from them. It is so much higher quality in every way!!
I am not affiliated with them but I am a journeyman b pressure welder and can clearly say they are made to a way higher standard and you can support local economy!!
Stay away from this horrible dealership!! You will regret your purchase!!
