I suffer from scoliosis and arthritis and have found the only way to reduce my pain is to improve my core strength, flexibility and spinal alignment. The classes offered at 5 Star Pilates are just what the doctor ordered. The instructors listen and understand your needs, they have the skills and training to put you on the right path to feeling better and stronger. The class sizes are perfect not too small and not to big, just right so that you can get the individual attention needed and still feel like your part of a caring group. I love the location, easy to park and no crowded mall to navigate through. It is great that you sign into a class and that spot is yours every session that you renew. No hassle of trying to book a time online. I can't say enough about the owner Sherri, she has a lifetime of knowledge in Physical training and will guide you into a well defined program that suites your ability.

I can’t say enough good things about coming to 5 star Pilates. Warm friendly staff makes u feel right at home. It’s made me stronger more flexible and I love that it’s low impact and no matter how I’m feeling I always look forward to it. It’s a small class size which I love and it’s super clean!

This is the best place for your Pilates workout - for all ages and levels. No hassle of trying to book your time. Easy parking. Such a friendly and fun environment with small intimate classes. I have been coming here for a year and absolutely love it. Sherri is the best.

Great pilates studio with easy parking and access. The instructors here are great and have a nice variety of exercises so no class is ever the same. Instructors are happy to show movement modifications for people with different injuries or impedances thus allowing these classes to be great options for all ages and genders. A major bonus is that you sign up for your seat in a class and the spot is yours until you stop paying. You don't have to sign in each day or constantly check schedules for available spots, your spot is yours so you can plan your schedule around the class and not have to worry about if you are going to get in or not. Each class has 5 reformers which allows the instructors to be more hands on and they can make sure you are doing the movements correctly to avoid injury. If you want a good workout in a calm and fun atmosphere this is the place.

Great new boutique (small class and private) Pilates studio in White Rock at 5 Corners. Very experienced owner/instructor with relaxing gentle classes. Clean and welcoming atmosphere, I’m so happy with the classes and my increased strength/mobility.
