scum bags had one threaten that if he had one more call he would be back to take my kids this was about 2 years ago School kept calling on me. I will give them this. He did tell the school to let children go to the bathroom if they had to. The only thing he did right, but then proceeded to tell me that if he gets though he’s gonna take my kids I told him try it. I have you on recording, threatening me bring the police with you. Then he was transferred to the kingston office and I believe he got fired by now You know who you are Brian

I really don't know where to start with my bewilderment and shock of the behaviour and actions of supposed adults in this tax payer funded independent organization approved by government Ministry. Millions of dollars or your money, my money, tax payers money spent on blindly reactive, bias based, rumour driven case launches. If you'd like to know what I found out through a Freedom of Information Act Order that forced them to give me my case file just contact me. A case file they are mandated to provide within 30 days which they told me i wouldn't be able to get access to for 3 more years was finally given to me after waiting a year for it - thanks to the Ministry of Information and Privacy Commissioner. I won't spew my opinions or make generalized claims because what I found out is FACT and clear as glass in regard to the questionable actions and "services" they rolled out that became the nightmare that they created - from scratch - for my family. Let us talk about the hundred thousand dollars they spent of your money, tax payers money, to basically ... fail.

This place is full of crooks, theives and liers. They ruined my life and my family's lives. They lie to children about why they are where they are. They steal toys that parents try to give to their kids and keep them for themselves why do you think they have a huge room full of toys some being brand new? They steal money that is ment for the children in their care which is probably why they can afford a multi million dollar building.

Ruined my life I asked for help worst mistake of my life.i made 2 complaints on suzan with a z and lied about a lot of things including my 5 yr old saying she lied how she was abused by the person she gave her too said I was on drugs proved the lies in court so she got the place I was living to get me evicted so no where to go.threatened any help I had with there kids or grand kids will be taken.i am still fighting but trying to find right people to help o can trust mot successful at moment but my children need me to not stop since they won't help them out of harm's wAy.

Staff at this place is ignorant .. They look down and speak down to everyone
They lie to protect themselves. I had to actually record my conversations with them because they would lie about what was said in meetings.. we went in simply for a little help with an abusive mother . Man don’t ask these people for help unless u want to risk them turning on you and the child .. I have a recording of one of the agents telling me my son is a lier and also that his mother gets stressed so it’s ok for her to smack him to disapline him... needless to say they made my sons life complete hell as was mine .. all because we asked for a little advice ..... In my educated opinion the whole staff of this place should be fired !!! And a few of them should be put in jail !!
They help no one .

family and children,s services of frontenac lennox and adding are good for thing and it is how they lie and lie in court just to keep files open for funding all workers at there office are unregistered calling them self a child protection worker in witch they are not is any way there just social worker unregistered all social workers with the CAS there will one who is registered and the female works at kington CAS you you know who you are cas worker

Very professional and eager to help families i have had cas involvement with other societies that where nightmares and where only intrested in upducting as many kids as they could for financial gain NOT these guys katherine larkin unfortunately no longer with them helped my family get out of a nasty case that was started in pembroke she was eager to close the case so we could move on and was extremely helpful with getting us hooked up with services needed for our son with b.w.s. in Kingston area
