Thanks, Sewer Hero(Scot)?!!!! Five stars are not enough. This company should be given at least eight stars. I can only say this company from start to finish delivers outstanding, professional, and efficient work promptly. He takes time to explain the process every step of the way, and he also takes time to answer any questions and/or concerns you may have regarding your sewage line and the required repair, cleaning or installation. He answered my call at 9 pm. Again I want to give a huge Thank You. he calmed my anxiety when they assessed my sewage line Scot and his crew did the hard work to clean my tanks and snake my main sewage line to the main sewage tank in the front yard.

Total Septic came to pump my septic tank, and the guys went above and beyond. Jackson was kind and polite and a very hardworking young man. The owner answered my call on a weekend and talked me through options.

Noticed leaking from septic lid this morning so I called Total septic, he was here within the hour! Cleaned the tank and filter, all before noon!
