Excellent experience from the initial phone call to the pickup of the lumber. I'm a very happy customer 🙂
It all started with an idea to build an 8'x4' raised cedar garden bed. First I called several lumber places to inquire about the cost and availability of cedar lumber, but was not having much luck with either, and began getting a little discouraged about the whole project. Thankfully, a call to Home Building Supplies in Leamington quickly turned my frown upside down. I talked with Tim at the store and he was able to reassure me that they could supply me with all the necessary lumber I needed and asked me to stop by to pick out the lumber I needed. 15 minutes later I was at the store and didn't even have to pick out the pieces -- each piece I grabbed was premium quality. Another gentleman working in the back took the long 16' sections and cut it for me to the exact lengths I needed. I paid for the cedar at the cashier (a great rate I might add) and drove my pickup around to the back, where a 3rd gentleman helped me load the lumber and even stapled a red caution flag to the protruding lumber. That's what I call good teamwork -- and a happy customer!

Cause that good and professional staff usually , in my opinion keeping the lumber outside and shipping crooked Lumber to the job site is not water contractor want to deal with.

Ordered some mouldings for delivery. Product was fine, but I’ve never had a ruder driver ever in my life. Whomever drives the new ford cube van should not be a representative of your company. Will never use this place again.

Great store, miss the old Beaver Store. Place really hasn't changed much since I started going the 25+ years ago. I really wish Home Hardware would have an indoor lumber yard when I can get my own things.

They hire young girls who seem to know nothing about hardware, I was left on my own to find the products that I needed. I almost had to leave empty handed, after coming from a long ways, thankfully I found what I needed. The cashier seem disinterested, and was not polite, nor did she even look at me once, as she quietly told me my total, which I had to ask for several times, until I took a closer look at the screen to see for myself.

Live in Windsor but travelled to Leamington for a part I needed, not available in my local H. H. The staff originally had a hard time finding my online order but were really very friendly and apologetic for the delay. In the end it was good. Part was there as promised, and everyone was helpful.
