I used to love LCC. My son has been involved with them since he was 2 (He is now 9). I had nothing but fantastic things to say about them... until they started to fall down hill 2 years ago. Even up until the present, it just keeps getting worse. My son has a tendency of running out of rooms when angry because the last staff member they had in charge of his program would constantly push his buttons by telling him to come talk to her or following him around the room when he straight up told her he was angry and needed some space and some time. Well after so long of dealing with it, he eventually began to run out of the room... because that was the only time she couldnt chase him. Now unfortunately, it has become a habit. For this reason, he has a spot secured in the program for the year, however he is not allowed to use it because THEY have not used the entire Summer that they had to think ahead and hire the staff needed to support their own programs! It is now the end of the 3rd week of school... going into the end of the first month and I am about to lose my job AND a better and new career opportunity because they have apparently STILL NOT hired an extra staff for my son's school. My hours have been suffering... which means my income has been suffering! Please tell me how a single mom with no child support is supposed to support her family off of 5 hour shifts because I can only work 9:30-3 (half hour lunch mandatory) so that I am available to drop off and pick up my son from school because of their lack of handling their business?!? This is THEIR job, and because they cant do theirs, mine should not have to suffer!

My son has been with London Children's Connection since he was 15 months old, he is now 4 and will be attending the School Age Program in September. It's never easy leaving your child with someone else, however LCC takes away that worry and replaces it with the knowledge that our child is in a safe and nurturing environment. The educators are devoted to the needs of each child. My son has made great strides in his growth and development with the help of these amazing educators. I highly recommend London Children's Connection to anyone who is looking for a quality childcare experience.
