SCAM SCAM SCAM. I ordered medication from them and paid the bill. then they say there are shipping fees of $140. then they say there is insurance fees of $450. I refused to pay more and asked for a refund which they refused and since they had me pay using paypal friends and family I am out the money. PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL>

I wanted to love it since I live close by, but the curt responses and judgmental undertone from the pharmacist was enough to send me packing. She seemed the most enthusiastic when she was giving me bad news about not being able to get my prescription! Such a shame, and not AT ALL the quaint small town pharmacy I was expecting.

Amazing staff and service!! I cannot say enough good about this pharmacy and the ladies that work there. I actually moved out of Rockwood two years ago and still go back to fill every prescription because of the experience they provide. Highly recommend them.

The pharmacists serving the public at the Rockwood Pharmacy are outstanding and should be commended for going the extra mile through this global pandemic. Thank you so much for ensuring the medications that I needed were available and ready for pick up within hours of it being ordered. With the change in legislation due to the pandemic and I am sure a change in the supply chain for certain products, I am so thankful to have such an amazing support for my family and the Rockwood community. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They go the extra mile to make sure prescriptions are filled quickly. Whenever we call it is nice to talk directly to a pharmacist.

Just to advise any current or future customers with Rockwood Pharmacy, that they do NOT go the extra mile for customers. They won't even delivery an over the counter item (not prescription) to a resident in major pain with a migraine. A customer without access to a car or in walking distance. In this time of need, you would think their Pharmacist staff members would have some sort of compassion. They certainly went front line workers.

My doctors office sent them a prescription to fill that had medication needed for my doctor's appointment later that week. When I came to collect it I was informed that , they did not fill the perscription, they did not have the medication, and they would have to order it in which could take several day. All with no contact with me or my doctors office. Now stuck with driving around to multiple pharmacies to find one that communicates with the patients or at worst fills perspiration as Rockwood pharmacy clearly can't be bothered with doing either.
