Jan 2023, my car was in for oil change and wiper change. It came out with engine light on and oil sprayed everywhere, including the tope of hood, windshield, license plate, etc. The engine oil was overfilled, over 20 leaks. The next day, I brought the car back, the owner claimed to be an aerodynamic engineer and lied in ways that was unbelievable. Instead of problem solving, he employed gaslighting, belittled, bullying strategies.

My car was overfilled with engine oil then leaked and spined all over, caused leaking. It took 6 months for all the leak to gradually seal, and lots work to get it to working properly again.

I was here to give an update about most of the small leaking eventually all stopped naturally, except some leak had to be dealt with right way and gas pump had to be replaced due to leaking.

I decided to write a new post after I see how the owner responded to every negative review with a lie. Unbelievable!

Unreliable!

Humans makes mistakes and make them right, and learn from them. Not this owner.

Reliable is the most important quality for a vehicle as responsible is for a person.

After being turned away by numerous repair shops due to scheduling. I was referred to Bert's from Key Ford.
My power steering had failed shortly before our planned trip to the interior.
Dave, only had a limited time to diagnose and repair my vehicle. I truly respect this man and this company for his honesty when my family and I were at our wit's end.
Dave, thank you for coming in on your weekend to allow me to get my vehicle. I know that this was not a standard operating procedure for you.

To anyone who needs their vehicle repaired at a honest and reputable establishment...this is truly a gem. Perhaps I should keep it a secret, but I believe that this kind of work deserves recognition.

We found this place in the Entertainment Book and decided to go there because of the great Google reviews. I'm so glad we came here. My car was in obvious need of transmission work. Dave was wonderful - he was helpful, kind, friendly and explained everything in a way I could understand. He didn't sugar coat anything, didn't beat around the bush, and was very communicative. He also completed the work faster than I expected. I will most definitely take my vehicle back next time I have an issue.
