I’ve written many Google reviews but this one stands out. Some of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had was in this store by Milky. He always goes the extra mile, he’s super friendly, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. This is where I go for anything phone related. Lucy, the manager is also super knowledgeable and eager to help as well! I appreciate both of their efforts always.

I was helped by Ray and purchasing a new phone recently bought the iPhone 16 from Telus, and the experience was fantastic! The staff was knowledgeable and helpful, making the buying process seamless. The phone itself is amazing—great camera and performance. Highly recommend for your next device!

We had done some research on what we wanted for new phones and plan providers, but Milky asked us great questions and found us a plan that exceeded our expectations! Unfortunately, the store didn't have one of the models we were looking for in stock, but he was able to find it elsewhere in the city and was happy to do so. Fantastic customer service!

Y'all. These people are miracle workers. I came in with my iPhone's screen, half blacked/greened out. Touch screen worked but we couldn't see what we were doing on the bottom half of the phone. Between me and the staff there, we somehow managed to actually transfer all of the information from the crap phone to the new phone! It took a lot of innovation and relying on our knowledge of where things SHOULD BE on the screen. It was a damn rollercoaster. We are all trauma bonded now. All that aside, I was able to upgrade my phone, keep my plan at the same price but receive more perks, and an actually functioning phone. They saved my sanity and the staff there was incredibly helpful and kind. Also got a charging block and case for free! 10/10 recommend baby doll!

I would like to commend Milky K. for the service me and my Wife received. Milky is very knowledgeable and friendly, and very accommodating. When we first came to the store, Milky was there to offer his friendly service that made us comfortable right away.

Always a pleasure to walk into Telus. You are greeted warmly. I always have my concerns answered. Milky and Raymond are the best employees I have come across the store.

I went for my chip that got lost ... Milky and Uddish were extremely helpful and nice !! We end up with new watches with new phone , they gave us the best deals and disccounts !. I reccomend them 100 % go with them for anything
