When I called the clinic to book my mute & deaf Aunt for an appointment to see a Doctor, they are very accommodating and cheerful. And I thought that is very good. Then a day before my Aunt’s appointment the clinic called me and confirm the appointment they even mention the name of the Doctor she is seeing. The day of the appointment, when we arrive in the clinic they said that my Aunt is not on the calendar!!! We drove 1 hour to get there!!!! Very inconvenient! When I talked to them on the phone when I’m booking an appointment, I specifically that she needed to see the Doctor because she needs medication for her high blood pressure. This experience is so upsetting!

Dr Nurang surpassed my expectations at our visit to the hospital.
He was so kind and caring and thorough - definitely the best experience I have ever had with a Dr in Rosetown and we left there feeling as though we had actually been treated. He is considerate and sensitive to mental health concerns and took the extra time late at night on a long weekend to make sure my family member got an appt with the appropriate professional. As well, I noticed he has a respectful and good relationship with the nurses on staff - I have witnessed some doctors who behave as though they are superior both to patients as well as nurses, but Dr Nurang is clearly a relatable, sincere and good person and contributes to a good working environment for other Healthcare staff. 5 out 5. And thank you.

Great clinic. They had no problem finding a same-day appointment for me & my potentially broken foot, even though i wasn't already a patient, and Dr. Mojeed provided excellent care!
