The guys were great to talk with when they installed our system. 3 years later, our A/C isn't working. I called to get it serviced, hopefully under warranty, but the guy who installed our system quit around the time they installed our system and Impact closed their plumbing department 8 months later. So, they gave me the number of the guy who quit. I called him and he wouldn't take any responsibility for the workmanship (obviously being a different company). I called Impact again and as we didn't get the annual inspections done, our ten year parts and labour warranty is void and said to call another company. We had a third company come in to complete the repairs and our system took 53 oz to fill and it was stated that the system wasn't installed very well. I called Imapct to ask if they could help out on our $800 repair for the above reasons and they stated they don't have anywhere to budget for that, and in reply to the poor installation, stated there was a reason why they closed the plumbing side. But as it was 3 year ago, they refused to help with the repair bill because if they had to help with every repair bill, they'd be out of business. If you're going to use this company, expect the bare minimum of help in the future.

I have nothing but good to say. Electrical work is top notch. Barry and crew have done amazing electrical work. His attention to details is amazing. Nothing but perfection for his people that he is servicing.

Plumbing - I had a request for a garage heater, I wasn’t expecting it for a few weeks. They came that morning and had it installed by the end of the day.

Any time I have used impact for work. They completed immediately and did it properly. There billing system is easy and payment was done over the phone with no issues. Any time I have called they have immediately got back to me. I have never had to leave a message and never followed up with or returned weeks later.

Impact energy services is also amazing for the community of Rosetown and other communities they serve. They are always assisting organization in rosetown and other areas with sponsorships. They are a five star company both for their service and community involvment
