KCPC curriculum is good, I enjoyed my overall experience, the educators were great - that being said, I would not recommend this program to anyone that doesn’t have prior background in this field or that doesn’t plan on opening up a private practice. I wish that the KCPC student advisory would have been honest and up front when I had initially asked prior to taking the program. I found now over a year later I’m finding some back pedalling and it upsets me. I graduated with fantastic marks, but still cannot find a job in the field that I worked so hard to get into. I have talked to universities throughout B.C and Alberta to continue my education in order to get a job, but no one will transfer the credits from KCPC. I have to start fresh. I’m now over 20,000 in debt, and have to start a degree with 0 credits transferable and thousands more in debt. If I would have had honest and open communication about my options I would have been able to ensure that I was choosing right education for me.
