Descente de rafting sur la kicking horse river en passant par hydra river guides : une super expérience ! tres bonne communication en amont sur le lieu de rdv et le temps de circulation. Et sur place, au top ! nous étions dans un bateau avec Drew qui a su donner de la bonne humeur, du rire et des bons moments de partage. Et puis supers sensations sur la descente, avec des gros rapides, de grands mouvements ! nous étions trempés, mais heureux !!!! Je le conseille ! (nous etions avec 2 "enfants" de 18 et 19 ans)

I had an amazing experience with Banff Adventures! I booked a sleigh ride, dog Sledding, and the Marble and Johnson Canyon Ice Walk adventures online and received confirmation later that day. The days leading up to our activities I received emails and texts confirming the activity and pick up times. The drivers were always on time with strong communication and very kind.

There was a small issue with the sleigh ride and Banff Adventures handled it immediately. The company with the sleigh rides had to cancel all private sleigh rides due to not enough snow. Banff Adventures called me right away a couple days before our tour and they were able to switch us to a wagon ride with the horses instead. The lady I spoke with was very kind and was able to get us booked for the same day and time, just a different type of ride.

Overall, my husband and I had a wonderful time on all the adventures we went on and are pleased with the service we received. Looking forward to coming back to Banff during the summer sometime and checking out their activities then.

We visited Banff for New Year’s and we had a fantastic time! I didn’t know much about the area but the team helped me out at lot and were very patient with all of my questions, especially Leah and Becky! We traveled with two little ones and they gave us great advice on activities appropriate for their ages. It’s been one of our favorite trips and we are grateful to Banff Adventures for all of the support.

5/5 Highly recommended! I joined the River Explorer Canoe Tour with my parents in June! The Bow River view was terrific, and our tour guide, Alec, was fantastic! He told us many stories, introduced the local history, and shared his passion for wildlife on our trip.

The cost is pretty reasonable, and you can rent the kayak if you don’t want to join the tour. I will definitely book another tour or rent the canoe with Banff Adventures to explore Banff next time!

We had an amazing experience with Banff Adventures! The girls at their store were so helpful with arranging our helicopter flight - we didn’t know which flight would be best for us as we were short on time in our schedule! The views were spectacular and breath taking!

I booked a snowboard lesson with Ken and she was phenomenal! She was experienced enough to know that I needed to change boot sizes and helped me push through even when I wanted to quit, lol! Ken made sure I had fun throughout it all. Thank you Banff Adventures for a great time!
