My daughter attended Inspiration Station South for 2 years. When she started she was diagnosed with childhood apraxia of speech - at the end of 2 years with the help of the incredible staff her speech delay was considered moderate - head to the Village Kindergarten for my review of her continued progression with speech 🙂 She LOVED her 2 years at the preschool. We also have twin boys who just finished their first year. It was a HUGE transition for them to be away from us and the staff was so good with them making them happy and comfortable and giving them such a fun intro to school. They also sent photos to ease our mind that our screaming kids quickly calmed down and loved their time in the class. Highly recommend this preschool to anyone considering.

Hands down the absolute best preschool in Airdrie. My son has a severe speech delay that was diagnosed when he was 18 months and Inspiration Station was recommended to us by our SLP. From the moment we walked in to the open house to the last four years(2 kids) this school has been absolutely amazing and have become family. My son spent 3 years in preschool and now my daughter just finished her first year. My son made huge improvements. And even though my daughter does not need supports like an SLP she has learned so much being there and just being around other kids and having structure before she enters kindergarten as she has never been in a day care. Next year is our last year and I am already saddened with the realization that I will not have any more littles to go through the program. Every teacher and staff member we have met have been absolutely amazing that your kids are in the best hands. Definitely care so much about each kid in the school.

I have not been asked for my review. I have not been compensated in any way. I am not currently or previously affiliated with the school other then a "customer". I have had 3 years of experience with Inspiration Station that informs my opinion as follows. (1 year West Location, 2 years South).

PHENOMINAL. Drop what your doing and go enroll your kids in this preschool. Go get on a waitlist for the baby that you haven't even birthed yet. You will kick yourself for not doing it sooner. I'm going to save you alot of leg work - I've compared prices, programs and locations for many preschools. I have talked to other parents.
THIS IS THE PRESCHOOL FOR YOUR KIDS.

Not only is this a preschool for everyone. This is a preschool OWNED AND OPERATED by Speech Language Pathologists.

My child is a patient of a renowned Speech Language Pathologist that has rare and sought after specialties.... THEY RECOMMEND this school to their Airdrie Patients even when they can't formally do that given their conflict of interest and status. I wont tell you who they but trust me - that's a HUGE recommendation.

As a first time parent - it's hard to know what's "typical". I have never had a more thorough preschool when it comes to confirming your child is developing well. If they find your child could use extra supports - these people are the experts to make sure that you can get that done all in one place! Plus it's easier for your child, because it's all done through play in a fun environment that they are already comfortable with given it's already their Preschool! The inclusivity of this school is not just a "buzz term" or propaganda induced fleeting fad , it's in their DNA.

Jacelyn and Sheelagh have founded this school. Two local women entrepreneurs that do this for the LOVE of their students. They should probably charge infinitely more for tuition give that the Teacher to Student ratios are higher then any other preschool I have visited, the "value" of education is phenomenally more. (P.s. At the time of my initital enrollment and research - their tuition fees were one of the lowest in the city.)

I have 3 children. I'm heart broken that I didn't find them when my eldest went to preschool. I enrolled my two other children for 2 years of preschool because I see the value here. I then continued to keep my children in the "Inspiration Station Family" by having him attend the Village Kindergarten. The Village Kindergarten It's located in the same building as South Preschool. Smaller classrooms, cool experiences and dynamic activities. Private school benefits - Public School funded (no tuition).

My last story. Jacelyn - wonderful woman. Kindness and Joy radiates from her bones at radioactive levels and with infectious intensity.
Child care is exhausting - it's the last week of the school year. Everyone is drained and tired and yearning for a break. Jacelyn still welcomes every child and parent into the school with the same level of excitement and anticipation as the first day of school. If she wasn't so well informed in her profession, I swear she was a kid herself just excited to play with her friends!
I pulled the classroom teachers aside in the boot room and asked: "Is she ever mad? or upset?"
Their response;
"We've tested her and we still haven't seen it. She's the reason we chose to work here'.

There is teacher and staff shortages everywhere in 2022. Employees have ENDLESS options for employment and turn over rates are high because of that. The level of professional burn out is a crisis. This is a school that supports it's staff so much that with a myriad of employment choices - they choose here because of that very fact.
Is that not the kind of school that you want your child at? A supported and happy teacher makes a great teacher. Great teachers make great learners! What a wonderful gift for my child; for them to fall in love with school and education on their very first interaction with the establishment.
1000 out of 10. Would recommend.
