This was my first time going to this location. Absolutely wonderful experience. From beginning to end, the staff were kind and sweet. My ultrasound techs were great at explaining to my husband and I what we were seeing on the screen, and were very thorough with the examination. Will be booking all my ultrasounds here in the future.

The staff at this location are amazing. The friendly greeting at the reception desk puts you at ease right away. Alanna (sp?) the mammogram lady was amazing as well. Having a mammogram isn't what I'd call fun, but Alanna made it as painless and as comfortable as possible. Thank you, Alanna!

I’ve been to this clinic many times over the years and most of my experiences have been pretty standard, not really good or bad, but the most recent one was so awful I have to review.

I came in for a sensitive scan, which they knew was why I was there when I arrived, and the tech informed me that a student would be performing the scan.

The scan was maybe a minute long and the tech just sat back giving the student instructions, move over here, zoom in here, look at that. They didn’t really talk to me, and I felt like a total Guinea pig.

Then at the end the tech dropped horrific news totally nonchalantly, went and got the doctor to come talk and the doctor was equally nonchalant. Didn’t seem to care about the awful news they were dropping at all, totally casual about the whole thing.

Then to top it off, I asked a couple of questions and the doctor said that wasn’t information they check for so they couldn’t give it to me… and then I find a report in my portal later that not only has the answers, but says the doctor went over them with me?

The bedside manner of everyone involved in this experience needs some serious work. I get that you can’t cry with the patients but a tiny bit of compassion would’ve been nice. Also, if you know that someone is coming in to potentially receive bad news, maybe don’t have a student do the scan while you just direct them. Unfair to them and to me.

My experience at the Airdrie clinic was so very good. I was not looking forward to my appointment because of a past experience (different clinic years ago). NIGHT AND DAY! Friendly and attentive staff. I felt respected and well taken care of. I was able to relax and concentrate on following the very clear directions. Thank you for making my experience a positive one. Went for walkin X-rays. The technician was awesome. She was funny and gentle. Explained everything clearly. Parking is a nightmare to no fault of EFW.
