My 3 year old son attends Lil Betta’s swim lessons out of their Strathmore location. Sophia is his instructor and she is amazing with him! She’s incredibly patient with him and has gained his trust quickly. We have only had a handful of classes so far and he is already showing much more confidence in the water. Definitely will continue our weekly classes! Thank you Sophia!

We just did puddle ducks. I do feel like we will do private lessons next time as they spend most time on the step waiting their turn and we would like more one on one time with our daughter to get her more comfortable.
Highly recommend for a warm pool and patient instructors!

I started attending the aqua fit classes in the spring and I didn’t know if I would enjoy it. it’s been 8 months of steady attendance and I love it! my body is healing, the staff are fantastic and so friendly seeing how they interact with children and family’s and even us more mature folxs. The owner / instructor is fun and friendly and attentive to all physical needs and mobility needs. Highly recommend

Love the 1:1 lessons. Way better than going to a big pool and having them sit in the edge to wait their turn. The instructors are super kind and engaging. Will definitely do more.

Such an relaxing and inviting experience. My children who usually get very overwhelmed with crowded swimming pools and hectic change rooms absolutely loved this environment. The instructors were great and we were helped out immediately by the lovely ladies at the front. Will defenitly reccomend and book again

I am not one to leave reviews, but this place is a joke. My 2 year old and 3 year old daughters were in the puddle ducks class. Instead of at the very least, getting maximum exposure to being in the water, the “classes” often consisted of a male teacher with no clue how to speak to or handle toddlers. He would speak to and scold all of the children like they had any idea what he was talking about. They sit on the side of a pool for 25 mins waiting bored and impatiently while the teacher grabs one kid at a time and drags them around the pool for 30 seconds. A third of the class is trying to put goggles and swim caps which they insist you purchase, back onto toddlers who just rip them right off again. The other teacher we encountered, had the balls to tell my wife that my girls were being a nuisance and that they likely wouldn’t be welcomed back. All in all, a complete waste of time for toddlers. If you want them to learn anything go take them swimming yourself. It would be much more valuable.

The 1 on 1 session I had for my 4 month old son was fantastic. The teacher he had named Kenya was fantastic and I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone great with kids.
