A business we are lucky to have in Peachland. Not only is the customer service at the counter and in the store excellent, the owners are lovely people. Today I had my very grumpy cat groomed by Celia, she was exceedingly kind, patient and super fast! If I were her I would have likely quit half way through, but she persevered and he looks great. I am so sorry for his behaviour, but I sure so appreciate your hard work and perseverance!

Excellent customer service, I brought my dog in with me and they were very accommodating to allow her to be calm. They helped me with my grocery list of items. Highly recommend a stop, to this clean and well organized store.

Shelby is a very experienced very pet friendly groomer. My dog is large, strong and impossible for me to handle. She let me calm him to do his sensitive areas he usually snarls about. CHIN, PAWS, EYES. We look forward to next time.

Great place to wash your pet, big or small. My guy got into some dead fish and we were excepted with his smell.

Friendly, helpful and clean with the feeling of meeting friends at the corner store. My dog doesn't know where else she is suspose to go for me to get the job done or a special treat at the spa. Way to go Shelby (groomer) and the rest of the staff!
