Being habitually skeptical of everything, I was pleasantly surprised by cheerful, knowledgable and helpful staff. And this is great because I will be working with these people for a long time to come. I will also add that dealing with this office over the phone has been equally pleasant.

Perhaps my skepticism of dealing with government agencies needs updating.

Slow and seemed to not care about me I was told that they have 1700 client's and and 6 people in are office you will have to wait well I waited 6 months..... and had to keep on them about it I'm sorry I'm not timber West or wfp but I pay tax so I should have just as much access to mof as tw and wfp but I dont
