Major lacking in professionalism with program leads and certain instructors as well. They offer many surveys throughout the year which the boast to you as anonymous then come after you personally if they do not like your answers. I have sent in many surveys and questions while I was a student that went unacknowledged I have to come to terms that this school is nothing but a business with no interest in furthering knowledge. They let go of, or overwork the very few great instructors they do/have had and completely ruin their own semesters with poor planning. All hurting the students they hurry into their programs while leaving out a lot of vital information before signing up. They don’t even release semester schedules until days after you were expected to be in class after the instructors fail to show up as well; online even. Bad at business and unfortunately that’s all they seem to care about 🤷🏼‍♀️

And don’t even get me started on the sham of a graduation that we weren’t told about ONLINE last minute as if it wasn’t planned before that 🙄 Then to top it all off most people’s diplomas didn’t leave the desk for weeks from the program end date when we were told they would be mailed the following day… Luckily I lived in the city to receive mine for an upcoming job position but they wouldn’t let us pick up anyone else’s or mail them out for six - eight weeks. You want your money but can’t provide proper supplies or paper books.
The “books” included in the costs for the program were on an online website with limited access that expired within a year. The online “books” were charged more than the books would’ve been to order and personally buy.
Then the program lead assured us we could download a copy of them when you in fact can’t.
Any further things I want to check back on for continued learning has to start almost all over. It brings such an unfortunate damper on the experience as a whole and going back to school is already so hard why not try to make it positive. Spread the word about your school not turn people away.
Please be kind and don’t bully your own customers/students it’s bad business….
