I am incredibly grateful to Uzma for her support and guidance at CIWA. She was kind, patient, and truly dedicated to helping me navigate my situation. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference, and I truly appreciate all the effort she put in. CIWA is worst organization that I saw in Calgary, we cannot get a service or register in any program despite the availability of all conditions, most of my friends have suffered from CIWA, it is better to change the name of the organization, because you did not help all immigrant women but only aid for people known and positions in it for well known people as well. I hope CIWA will be suspended because most women do not benefit from their services. I advise every woman not to try contact for them because they are really liars and they have no truth. I advise everyone to try other organizations. I hope that the organization will be closed or honest employees are employed . Indeed, I am upset with them because they are liars and not honest in their conversation. I was hoping not to put any star, but in order to post my article, I must choose a star at least Unfortunately.

CIWA provides a lot of services, all the staff is smiling and friendly.

Awful support for women that really need the help. Coral the Mexican one she said your English is so good you don't need help she laughed and hang up on me.
The Ukraine lady that is in charge of the hospitality program made fun of me and said I was so rich and even did not need to attend this program and her country was in ruins so I was more lucky.

Because I had a trip to my country that I paid since previous years with lots of sacrifice and working to minimum wage jobs.

I thought I could build new future and have a better path with this new enrollment but apparently I was not enough for being too wealthy.

I had to eat pasta for months because couldn't afford more and she made fun saying stuff to me.

In tears 😢 I finished the conversation and so devastated for the mistreated for both of this members.

People in those organizations should be more understanding and show a bit more of kindness and compassion. They can not know the pain that someone has been through in order to achieve something.

For the future I hope they get more training in how to talk to people in a positive manner. Because they don't know how hard life can be for a human being that strangles with depression and paying bills and had several jobs to afford life in Alberta.

horrible service and experience from them. good luck trying to get in contact with them online. you will be ignored and ghosted! i really needed them for a serious issue and thanks to them now i know i will never get a help from them. i know they are ranking the issues and not even dealing with the mediocre ones (even if it involves your life and safety, if you dont have a horrible suffering life youre not worthy enough for the help). thanks so much for being useless to the maximum!
