Thank you for fixing the leak on the water main and correcting our bill. Although communication was dropped or lost several times, working for the city, in a city like PA is extremely difficult. They had patience and in the end they were just as diligent as I was.

People are nice on the phone but IT has not changed protocols yet.......If you are a snowbird in mexico they restrict access to the government site.... needs to be open access for residents of port alberni regardless where you are in the world these days. It has been reported and still is closed to anyone out of USA or canada....

Wanted to give a huge shout out to the Public Works department! I had a leak from my water meter inside my home. I called the city and they had someone here within 20 minutes. I believe the workers name was Dwayne Anderson? He was super polite and professional and had everything fixed in 15 minutes. Thank you for all your hard work and service it is greatly appreciated!!

Friendly little town. Decent shopping options, beautiful harbour quay, and good restaurants. Bare Bones Fish House is entirely gluten free!!!

Even in 2022 their live stream YouTube council meetings don't allow comments...
