Extremely impressed recently when they caught an overcharge on my invoice.
Got a call on a Sunday to say I had been charged too much for some screws. Popped in with a couple boards I didn’t use and checked with customer service on my discrepancy. Turned out I was charged for a box and a half of some specialty screws and not the 1.5kg of screws I had actually gotten.
Way to go Beaver Creek staff for catching this!!

We had a new front door that needed painting.
Roy at Beaver Creek took the time to explain which paint to get and the right brush and rollers to ensure a good result.
The first coat is done today, and we are thrilled.

I go there and I get the things I need. I wish the staff was more helpful. If I need anything I'm better off to ask another customer. I find the community is more helpful than the staff, No one understands when you try to explain the job you're doing or they just don't care as it's so busy and not a lot of staff are working, they are usually ringing people in at the tills.
We are trying to buy pipe fittings to keep fixing our well water when the pipes burst finally we are learning the supplies we need just wish there was more help.

Visited to buy Ceramic tile ahesive and was sold wrong product..had to return..ended up leaving and driving up to United Floors..spoke to Brent. He hooked me up with the correct tile adhesive... Would recommend visiting United floors in port Alberni BC on third Avenue...
