!!!BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!! They do not honour their gift certificates!

I have a gift certificate for $1,600 (with no expiry date) and they recently chose not to honour it because there is a new owner and she doesn't have to, forget about doing the honourable thing & caring about their customer.

They told me that it is my responsibility to chase down the previous owner to try & get my money back. How is this fair? Both the new & previous owners can just wash their hands of it and leave their customer out $1,600. As a low income senior I can't afford to lose this money. I have no way of reaching the previous owner other than the email address they gave me & she has completely ignored every email I've sent.

This shows me that they care more about the dollar than taking care of their customers and doing the right thing. I'm not asking for my money back, I just want to continue to be able to use my gift certificate towards services from the students.

I would highly recommend not purchasing any gift certificates from this company who do not care whether their customer's lose money.
