Had a great rental experience at the Port Alberni location. I needed a moving truck in a hurry to try and dodge the incoming bad weather. Budget had a near new truck with new snow tires, so I was able to hit the road with confidence. The truck was clean and handled well. The staff is friendly and responsive. They even offer a shuttle service if you live nearby (based on availability). Highly recommended.

As a regular customer I am really dissatisfied with the recent service. Shuttle failed to pick me up from a location 3 min away, had to scramble to get my rental before closure. front staff was very dismissive when I raised the issue and gave me a car different than what I ordered. I have used this service many times and it is only getting worse.

Not very happy with their service The manager yes he was fine great but the fellow I dealt with when picking up my rental not so much. But my main concern is that i have returned my rental almost 10 days ago and have still not got my security deposit back yet nor any explanation why they are keeping it. This is not acceptable
