Cochrane Country Funeral home provided care and attention over and above expectations. In particular, Flo was both kind and thoughtful in her approach for every step of the way providing both space for emotions and gentle nudges around timelines. She recommended Celebrant Bridget for our service, for which we are very grateful. I don't have enough words to describe how pleasant, organized, professional, understanding and kind Flo was. It is a challenging time when you loose a loved one and Flo took care of so much of the work for us, kept us informed and was incredibly kind and supportive. Kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. This is a family run business. The prices are upfront and there are no hidden costs. Unlike the big firms, there is no pressure to buy something that you don't want or need. For the same basic service I was quoted twice the price at the other place in town! So happy that we chose this place. Flo was wonderful. We will never use a large funeral home again. I highly recommend!

Great representation of the company although under staffed the one person working there was lonely and worried for her safety because of the neighborhood.
