I have been involved, on and off, through out the course of the last 35 years in various fitness programs, gyms, and groups. And I have never been so blessed than I have been by Harmony. I have found a home with sisters walking in a restorative fitness journey together. The environment that Amanda and Mel have created of love and support is unprecedented in my experience. The overall attitude of all the members and teachers reflects the love and commitment to restoration they have demonstrated as leaders.

I don’t know what I would do without Mel or Amanda, and their classes in my life! Mel’s dance class allows me to channel energy, dance choreography, and moves from my inner teenage self, and Amanda’s full body blast is the full body work out and motivation I need every week. Barre and Pilates deserve a shout out too, if you’re looking to sculpt your body, they are fabulous options! Thanks Harmony for all that you do for us! 🙂

Hi. I am so happy to be a member of Harmony Health. I love their classes, most especially BARRE with Nikki. She is so vibrant and motivating.. but.. does make us work those muscles! Mel is amazing and so welcoming, their studio has like the best karma ever. Thank you all!!

I’ve been a member at Harmony for over 2 years now and can’t even put into words how much this place means to me. It’s all of the following: peace, comfort, safety, challenging, rewarding, welcoming, invaluable. You will not find another studio with so many offerings at such an affordable price. And it just keeps getting better and better.

I don't think I can adequately put into words how much I love being a part of the Harmony community but I'll try. I have truly transformed this past year both mentally and physically after finding my place here. The environment is fantastic and the people and instructors are all so incredibly welcoming. Mel (one of the co-owners) is an especially bright light who instantly makes me feel at ease when I am around her. I was hesitant at first to fully embrace her dance class because I was afraid to look silly in front of other people but once I started going all of that melted away and it's become one of my favourites. Mel creates a space where it's okay to just do you with no judgement just encouragement. I look forward to her classes and always leave feeling like my cup was refilled and inspired to take on the day. All of the instructors for the classes I attend are phenomenal (there are some I have not met). You have Amanda (also a co-owner) who always brings positivity and amazing energy to all she does as she reminds me that I can do anything for one minute (with a smile on her face, Nikki who loves to make her workouts super spicy and is a seriously genuine bad@$$ who inspires me to put my mind over matter and barre so hard, Courtney who provides the most safe/zen environment where I can simultaneously quiet my mind and then strengthen my resolve and of course muscles, and Robin one of the truest yogis who is unapologetically herself helps me to center myself during her pilates/yoga classes.

Here I am a year later and loving Harmony even more! All their class offerings are amazing. If you're looking for way to move your body, this is it!

What a wonderful space! I love the variety of classes and workshops they offer. My favorite class is the Release or Release and restore with Mel, I highly recommend this for everyone. I have also enjoyed yoga and sound baths here as well. I look forward to trying all of their classes. If you're looking for a fitness studio to start with or add to your fitness routine this is it! The community here is also so amazing!

Harmony Health and Fitness is my new fitness home. There's a good variety of classes, the instructors are welcoming and knowledgeable, and the members have a wonderful sense of community. I attend nearly everyday (sometimes twice!) and look forward to every workout.
