We moved to Chestermere a year ago and found a paediatric dental clinic. We saw Dr. Bennett, and let me tell you, he is an awful paediatric dentist. He is rude, disrespectful and someone who is really good at mom shaming! He obviously has no kids and doesn’t know how hard It is for a mom to stop breastfeeding her child. His assistant was amazing and an angel. Kind and sweet and understanding, but that’s probably because she’s a woman and understands what it takes to be a mom. Unfortunately, I will never go back to this clinic and my kids will see a dentist who is kind and loves his job!

The team of Dr. Basati, Geneveva, Yasmine & Melissa were Amazing ... it took me almost two years at no fault of anyone to receive my tooth implant after what we thought could be solved with a normal root canal that turned into an extraction followed by two bone grafs with a sinus adjustment to provide the necessary base for my implant. Dr. Basati & her team were very patient, professional, friendly & caring ....taking time to explain each step along the way & answer all my questions & put any concerns at ease. Living in Drumheller & commuting during that time period involved some cancellations on my part due to weather & road conditions which were met with understanding & positivity as they rescheduled me in a timely manner. The implant tooth matches in color & shape with the rest of my real teeth as my smile is now full again & only my Dentist Team know for sure which one is the implant! Great Job Everyone!! Thank You for taking such excellent care of my teeth & myself!

Wow!!!! It's so amazing to walk into! My daughter and I looked around and saw all the historical displays and pictures. Children get to play in a "train caboose"! This is all a bonus because the staff are fantastic and made us feel welcome.

Update: we still come to this dental clinic, and the level of care is absolutely amazing!

Best pediatric dentist my kids have ever been to! Dr. Ethan was simply amazing!!

I was recommended this place because my child is autistic. I drove 2.5hrs to get there. I called ahead and I was assured she’d be getting a cleaning. They just showed me how to brush her teeth and charged me $150. I’m cancelling her future appointment and finding someone who will actually do what is scheduled.

My wife took our daughter here today and she couldn’t say enough amazing things. Megan was especially wonderful and made it such a fun experience for our daughter. The whole atmosphere is unlike any dentist we’ve ever been to and we can’t wait to go back. (Which is a weird thing to say about the dentist) 10/10. AMAZING.

Called to book my daughter’s root canal appointment. Asked approximately price. I was told 1600$.
I am single mom of three kids. After the check-up I received a new price not even close to the approximate one… new one is 3600 😳😳😳
It is not even half more. I was shocked. They used my insurance for check up + I paid extra 150$.
I asked to refund my part because if I knew the price I would never let my kids go there. I can’t afford it.
They promised to contact me the next day… it is 3-5 days later … no one contacted me. I will not recommend this place to anyone ☹️
Now I need to go to another clinic for a check again… which I can't afford after their checkup 😭

Dr Basati, Yasmine & Melissa are absolutely amazing people! I can’t even put into words how happy I was leaving this dentist. I’ve never been given so much information and actually known what’s going on with my mouth and how I can help myself. I’m excited to move forward with getting my teeth treated within this dentist.
