The positive reviews are from people working there.
So pathetic!
I have them for closing in Calgary. They don’t review the documents and make many mistakes.
Erin doesn’t even reply. No update, nothing. You won’t know anything. They will only communicate to ask for money or to get you as their client.
Andrew called me rude for asking for summary of the money I paid. And when I told them the delay is from their side he said” If you don’t want to close don’t send the cash, your call.“

I recently used Chestermere Law LLP for THREE of the biggest transactions of my life. Selling my home and buying a large amount of land and further to that I have recently signed back on to using them again to build our home and do a construction draw mortgage. They are extremely knowledgeable, gave us really good advice, went through everything with us in detail and explained everything in terms we could understand. I full trust this firm to handle all of my current and future needs. The response time from them was so quick they never held up any of our projects whatsoever. Everything was seamless and easy all three times and I can say I truly felt they were "on my side" and had all of my best interests in mind at all times. They beat all of the big city Calgary prices as well! Thank you to the WHOLE team!!!!!

Had a very positive experience with Irfan who has just helped me with the refinancing of my existing property. Very bad experience with Erin Leslie and Andrew Keirstead. They didn’t review my documents and sent me wrong interest to sign then delayed my closing because of their mistake. They didn’t even bother to explain to me and I was informed by the secretary to pay within two hours or I will pay extra.
