Just loving the 9.9 hp outboard I bought there a few days ago.

Salesman Nick is a prince of a guy, who treated me as if I purchased a $300k unit.

Had the motor run up for me before I arrived and spent ample time giving me tips and advice on the motor’s operation.

He even provided me with great insight as to where I could get a great burger since I’m from out of town. Now that’s what you call full service!

Was very impressed by the entire staff at this facility, they all represent Alberni Power & Marine very well. The owners are fortunate to have such a great group of people representing their business.

They have a new long term customer in me for sure.

Recently got my Boat repowered at APM , with both the main & the kicker motors. The sales staff were very helpful in assisting me with my decision making process with my needs and got the best price in the market. I ventured off the mainland for their knowledge and experience, and will continue working with them in the future for all my needs. I had a breakdown this past summer with my old motor and when no one else would come to my rescue, they were there with a truck & trailer to pick me up in French Creek, tow me back to the shop in Port Alberni fix my issue and re launch me the following day. Now that’s service, their Number #1 in my books. I am in the service industry myself and know the importance of a good working relationship with my venders and clients alike.
