Best thrift store in Port Alberni, and the only one open on Saturdays. There's always a sale on something, and for a fairly small store there's a good variety of quality second-hand goods. Great location just off Argyle near Old Downtown. Also, being a Salvation Army facility, they have lots of information on community services should you need them.

The first time I've been here. It's very nice and clean. Safety concerns are number one. As you first enter the door you are not able to entire until you have your temperature take by a small thermometer which is attached to the glass as you first go in.

Love this place! Clean, organized and friendly staff. It is crazy but when I need something, it just shows up! Sadly, I have to say that the popularity of thrifting has gone up, so has the pricing. They are not alone, it is everywhere, just unfortunate.

Plain atmosphere in outdated building but if you want a bargain then you should shop here. On certain days you can get certain items for almost nothing. Good selection of items too. I bought lots of clothes and some videos from there and spent way less than $20. Staff super friendly, helpful and nice too.

Secondhand thirty store has a massive selection of everything from clothing to housewares. Prices are rock bottom, money goes to a good cause.

Very torn as this sally has some of the best staff of any second hand in town and weve got a collection lol. But its clear the money here is hand over fist as the prices reflect more of a consignment sometimes and items meant for markdown do not always flow that way, unfourtunately its not the same sally i remeber as a youth, there to support low income. Sigh who knows mabey a change of flow for shoppers to cheaper places will spark change. Hope i can change my review love staff!!!

I chose 1 star because 0 wasn't an option. Don't ever bring them your stuff. Ever. I brought in two garbage bags of nice kids clothes instead of going to the consignment store and because the sleeve of one single shirt had gotten wet they treated me like scum!
