My daughter had a leaky fork seal on her bike and I needed one done on my M109R. She took hers to Full Throttle Cycles and had nothing but great things to say about the service that they provided, and at a rate that can’t be beat by other shops in the area. Took mine in and will be bringing all of my bikes for John to help with from here on out. Great service, knowledgeable and helpful staff, and unbeatable rates. Honestly the best experience that I’ve had at a shop. They even give the bike a solid cleaning before turning it back over to you. If you have a motorbike, and you live anywhere near here, then I’d strongly recommend Full Cycle for any service needs!

Outstanding ! John and his team at Full throttle are in a league of their own. Excellent customer service, always going above and beyond to ensure my bike is safe in in top running order. Getting it in and serviced or repaired and returned to me quickly. John keeps me posted through out the process of anything they may find and discusses them with me detail. No up sales just honest service and advice and great workmanship. Hard to find these days. Greatly appreciated. From the first time I brought in my bike, and now my second bike they welcomed it in a heart beat, went through it to ensure that it was running great and in good condition as safety is a high priority. They are extremely knowledgeable and honest , diagnosing issues and paying attention to the finer details. Always appreciate any advice I get from John as he takes the time to talk to me about it and helps me learn more about my bike as well. I put a great trust in this team. They really care about their customers and treat them with so much respect for that they will always have me as a customer. A great pleasure for sure.

Brought my bike to bear with major carb issues. He tore it apart, cleaned it out, ended up having to custom fabricate and machine a delete kit for it. She runs like new, and better than ever. I would highly recommend bear and his guys for all motorcycle needs.

Was on my way to Sturgis 2024 when my bike began giving me some grief, I overnighted in Lethbridge and found Full Throttle in Coaldale in the hopes they could get me up n running, I called the next morning at 7:00am, hoping someone would pick up seeing as they open at 9:00am. Low and behold John picked up, asked what he could do, what was going on with my bike and said he would clear a spot in his shop for me. I arrived before they were open and was welcomed with open arms, John and his lead mechanic came out to see what was ailing my bike, they took it for a spin and were pretty sure of the problem. They pulled my bike into the shop and began working on it right away. A cpl hrs later the dreaded diagnosis was being presented to me, they explained every step of what they had done and walked through the fix in its entirety, I agreed and again, they were back at it immediately. Now, seeing as I was now going to be spending a night in Coaldale, John called ahead and arranged a room at the Coaldale Inn at a preferred rate, he even had one of his guys drive me to the Inn. Later that night John called, the bike was ready and he came to pick me up, they walked through all the repairs, they even gave me the failed parts back.
All I can say is if you are ever going to breakdown, make sure its around Coaldale and you call John at Full Throttle first. These guys could give classes on customer service, their prices are great as is their attention to detail. I highly recommend John and all of the crew at Full Throttle for any work you need done, even if you aren't broken down.

I recently brought my motorcycle to Full Throttle for carburetor service, and the experience was exceptional. Despite being busy, the service was definitely worth the wait. My bike now runs better than when I purchased it used, outperforming even after previous services from two other shops over the last three years.

Full Throttle's technicians went above and beyond, meticulously diagnosing the issues and ensuring all parts met OEM specifications. This was a stark contrast to my experience at a motorcycle dealership a month earlier, where I had paid for carburetor tuning and parts. The dealership rushed through the job, leading to persistent problems and flooding issues with my bike shortly after.

The team at Full Throttle identified cracks in the diaphragm of my carburetor, a critical issue overlooked by the dealership. They also found that the jets were not up to OEM standards. This thorough attention to detail and genuine care for their customers set Full Throttle apart, and I couldn't be happier with the service they provided.
