I had a problem with one of my Campervans. It wouldn’t go into gear and I had booked an appointment with a local transmission shop. The tow truck showed up to help and was able to quickly help my renters realize that they simple didn’t give the gear shifter enough elbow grease! Problem solved! Saved a lot of headache!

We got a flat on our way to the ferry and Cory actually stopped for us, told us to call Alberni towing and he was back and put on our spare within a span of 20 minutes total. An awesome and easy interaction and we were so grateful for their fast action!

The tow truck driver they sent me was very sensitive! Apparently I hurt his feelings so he drove away and didn't tow me. Bunch of babies! Go cry in your safe space!

We had a great experience with Alberni towing when we got stranded in Tofino on vacation when our car broke down. The dispatcher called me right away and tried to get us help right away so we didn’t have to stay another night in the town when the other towing services were cancelling on us. They accommodated us to the best of their abilities and even stopped along the way to let us check on our dog that we left in the car as it was getting towed. They went above and beyond to help us and I know that it wasn’t just specific to us they are just caring people that are trying to help. They made this tough situation a lot more bearable, being stranded in a town where we knew no one.

Alberni Towing saved our butts this week! Our Jeep broke down just out of Tofino on our way home, and with all the mechanics & tow companies in Uke and Tofino busy and unreachable, the owner went out of his way to grab our car, dog and us and bring us to a great mechanic in Port Alberni so we can get sorted! The dispatcher on the phone was incredibly understanding, helpful and reassuring, and the owner driving us was kind patient and clearly really goes out of his way to help people who need it. Can't recommend this company enough if you're stranded in the area.

All I have to say is that these guys saved me from a potentially very dangerous situation, and did it with kindness, grace, tact, compassion and style.

High, high, HIGH levels of appreciation over here.

I had a serpentine belt go halfway up Sutton pass on a blind corner. Bad scene. They came fast, and worked hard to make sure that I got to where I was safe.
