I would not recommend this company. They installed a floor in our home. Not long after there were some issues which Todd agreed to fix right away. Unfortunately it’s been six months and he has not come back, answered any emails or phone messages. When I call the office he is never available and despite many efforts on my part to reach out, there has been no follow up. The service is non existent and the quality is quite poor.

This is where you want to go in Port Alberni for flooring, especially for hardwood. 2 reasons: Best Prices and the Best Customer Service. After experiencing very poor customer service somewhere else it was a breath a fresh air to be treated so well picking my flooring with Flooring Depot. Much better pricing too, dollars cheaper for a single square foot on the exact same flooring elsewhere in town. Save yourself grief, to to Flooring Depot before anyone else in PA.

Service was great here and the staff were friendly and helpful. Prices wwre comparable to the big box stores. Only thing that held back a 5 star was that they didn't have the profile ends for all the Schulter trim available in stock for the trimming they had in stock. Definitely recommend for tile and flooring needs instead of going out of town.
