The staff were great to deal with. I was mainly in contact with Steve and Will and it was always a great exchange. Because it was being done at different location and I was not present, Steve kept in close contact with me and sent pictures of their work along the way. Answered all my questions and they made sure I understood all requirements before they started. I had a water leak as well as required the entire trailer to to be resealed. I can't speak alot about pricing but from the couple calls I made to other companies, they seemed to be quite good and we had the convenience that they were mobile which I loved.
Great work and just easy to deal with, will definitely use them again.

Unprofessional, unreliable, unqualified. Worst experience ever! Would not recommend to anyone. Communication was very poor. After 10 days on a 3 hour job I had to go and take trailer back home with damaged gas control valve. This was ruined when they were to replace thermocouple. If they knew what they were doing the gas control valve did not have to be touched to slide fridge out enough to do thermocouple replacement… cost me an extra $400.00 due to their lack of knowledge. No attempt on their part to clarify or explain situation. Disappointed!

After buying a second-hand RV (that was supposed to have "no issues at all"), I discovered there was an issue with the furnace as the weather cooled off. As I was camping out in the Didsbury area, I started calling a few RV repair shops in the area (two of which didn't bother returning my calls), but when I called Mountain View RV Repair, they sent a wonderful technician named Megan out the next day to assess the squealing noise in my furnace. In a short time, she told me the motor was gone and needed replacement, and by that evening, a motor was ordered. Within days, the motor was in, and Megan came out to the campground and installed it in no time! The price was fair, the service was great and done in a timely fashion, and I would highly recommend Mountain View RV to anyone needing expert RV repairs. Great job, Megan!

Mountainview RV Repair did a super job on replacing a bad roof on my park trailer then completed a full reseal of all the windows a doors. We are very happy with the workmen ship. Megan and Bryce went above and beyond in gettin us water proofed . William responds with accurate quotes with professionalism. I will continue to use and promote this fantastic company.

Came and inspected my RV, took some notes on things I wanted done, invoiced me $150 for the trouble, then ghosted. Refused to even get back to me with a quote for the repairs. Blocked my account from their Facebook page rather than addressing this feedback. Not recommended.

Our air conditioners both quit in the hot weather and I contacted this company and they had our problems resolved in 3 days and have helped us with a few minor issues in the past month. They are courteous and professional and always come on the date and time they say. I highly recommend people give them and opportunity. I promise you wont be disappointed.

If We could give them 10 stars I would. Our cable slide In Our new trailer broke and was hanging on by thread our in Sundre, AB. Mountain View RV repair turned our day around and they were more than helpful! They were out within a few hours got our slide in and secured it so we could get it home safely to the dealer. Thank you for saving the day!!
