Booked my car in for an oil change and seasonal tire switch over. The staff were very attentive and even noticed that I would need a new battery soon. Awesome job George and Bill were super helpful.

Customer service rep George Peland is such a kind caring person, I rolled up to Canadian Tire with a brake issue 1 hour before closing, I explained my issue with him that I myself is a vehicle tech but didn’t have my tools with me and merely asked for a scan code reading. He was very kind understanding as he saw I has towing my rv. His kindness and respect towards customers is outstanding.

Excellent service from the automotive department when we got a flat tire on our boat trailer. Both Bill and George were excellent and worked hard to get us four new tires back on our trailer so we could carry on with our trip. Thanks so much!

Staff was helpful, items I needed were all in stock and fairly priced. Cashiers moved the line quickly and we're friendly

Brought my car in to have Altenator belt replaced due to squealing. Mechanic noticed Tire Pressure Monitor was lit. Tried to reset, without my permission. Now my interior lights are blinking and wont shut off. Can't drive my car at night due to this. Answer from Service Desk "You need to replace your Tire Pressure Sensors at a cost of $35 x3 plus labour." Great way to get your customers to spend more money. Nope. Not happening. Lost my business.

I Just tried to book a 1989 van in for a service and engine issues. Before I was put on hold could hear George the automotive rep telling the employee I speaking with that the
mechanic doesn't want to work on a vehicle that old. I was then told by automotive service to take it else where. When I asked why? I was told. "We are trying to get away from working on older vehicles."
Absolutely horrible service.
If my employees were like this they'd be fired!

I have to say, at the time I thought it was great service, but when I asked them to reset the computer like my dealership told me to do. I got very bitter responses. I know I must have been annoying, but I was annoyed that my cars computer kept telling me I needed my oil changed because the computer wasn't reset. My dealership told me I shouldn't pay for it because it was missed by to the garage at Canadian Tire. I wish I got the same energy as when I brought it in the first time. I don't know how they missed it when they finished up. Let them know for these newer cars, the computer always needs to be reset it you want the oil maintenance light to go off. Just saying . I hate being a Karen. I'm not made of money
