Traveled from west of nordegg to pick up an equipment trailer that subsequently suffered some electrical damage.......I phoned 2 or 3 shops and no way,

The folks there made the time and had me up and running in no time, and were happy to do so, I hope to do more business with them.

In a world that's all but forgotten, what customer service is We're losing businesses like this, where hospitality and a little humor built long-term consumer relationships, It was great. Highly recommended.

I had vehicle trouble while traveling through Drayton Valley recently. I called and they indicated that they stay open into the evening as I arrived around 7:30 pm. They quickly fixed my tires and were gracious and friendly about servicing my vehicle! They also didn't want to be paid. I highly recommend Drayton Valley Truck and Trailer!! They were super helpful in a very difficult situation!! Much appreciated!!

Was in Drayton Valley from out of town, when my rig developed an exhaust leak off the manifold/turbo flange. Without any questions these guys took me in right away to get me back out again. Excellent customer service and will be back again if I ever get the chance.

Amazing service never had a company go so far out of their way to make sure my unit was fixed so I can can continue on with my work and keep my client happy. If I ever have any problems in this area again they will be my first call every time 12/10
