If there were 7 stars to give I’d send it. Rooms are very clean really well maintained. Theme rooms are awesome, management is incredibly accommodating. Stay on a Wednesday night and have an excellent meal + a drink or two included in your stay. Pool is great for the teens as well.

Good hotel. Kids were there for a hockey tournament so they appreciated the pool and waterslide. Breakfast was decent. Standard hotel food. Variety ok. Kids really liked the waffles. We liked how the bread and bagels were individually bagged. Less worry about having been touched by everyone else before you.

Check in was easy, rooms were clean and smell good without being overwhelming, if you check in on Wednesday they have a complimentary supper with 2 beverages in the main room. Breakfast starts at 530 and runs til 930 which is nice. Beds are comfortable.

I called the hotel and asked if I could view the room before booking as I was concerned about some of the reviews saying rooms having a strong perfume smell and I have scent allergies that would be affected. I met the Manager Rose and she explained the smell that was referred to in the reviews and said she would upgrade me, she then took me to the Trappers Cabin Room as well as the Peacock Room. I chose the Trappers Cabin and it was fantastic along with the little extras that were included. The Wednesday night customer appreciation (FREE) dinner and cocktails were a bonus as well as the free breakfast. It was a good stay and after travelling across Canada and staying in numerous hotels this one was by far the best value hands down.

This is a great hotel with very friendly staff. They were so welcoming. We are riding motorcycles. There is a great restaurant next door. And Walmart is 7 min. Walk. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying. The “Cabin room” is awesome. Ask about it. Thanks!! Service Plus Inns for a great stay.

Terrible hotel I do not recommend. Staff named Roderick lied to us about our room and then did absolutely nothing to fix it. Told me to go stay somewhere else. Pool was nice and breakfast was really good. Room wasn't the best, beds were hard and squeaky. Some lamps didn't work and no bathroom fan. Not even worth leaving a 1 star review but no other option.

Absolutely love this place! All the staff is friendly. Breakfast is amazing. Everything is walking distance. Waterslide and games on the tables for the kids.

Stayed at this hotel with our kids, the staff were exceptional and very friendly. The pool and waterslide were a lot of fun too and i like that the family suit seperates one of the beds so you have some privacy. (Those type of rooms are surprisingly hard to find)
My one and only complaint would be that the breakfast isn't very good and the ramada hotel just down the street had an amazing breakfast so it was disappointing. Other then the breakfast this hotel was great!
