A lovely cafe with a cozy feel. The garden-like outdoor terrace is so beautiful that it will relieve your daily fatigue, and the delicious food and warm, sweet drinks will make you happy. If you visit Port Alberni Harbor, I recommend you to visit.
It's a really nice cafe with friendly staff, and even a lovely bathroom.

This place is something special!
Service was spot on. Food was crazy good. Atmosphere was warm and inviting.
If we lived in Port Alberni, we’d be eating here a lot!
The only issue I had, was the brisket was a little tough. Had to eat it separately instead of in the sandwich.
Whether you live here or are just passing through, please check this place out!

Wildflower Café was everything I hoped for in a café and even surprised me in some aspects.
Most cafés I have been to require you to go up to the counter and order and then you receive your beverage/food.
But this is different and you can actually get table service if you're dining in.
During my dine in, I ordered a Spicy Tuna Bowl. It was very good and spicy. I also ordered a Mocha and it was very rich and tasty.
The servers were lovely and very kind and overall just amazing people!

For dog owners (unless you have a service dog), dogs are not allowed inside this place but they are allowed on the patio.
There is also a washroom here if needed that is accessible to wheelchair users or anyone with a mobility aid.

The inside of Wildflower Café was also very cozy and calming. They have plants hanging and the natural light coming in and it's lovely.
They also have things for sale here like, Westholme Tea from the Cowichan Valley and Drumroaster Coffee from Cobble Hill. They also things such as a, Pour Over Coffee Maker and a Tea Pot with an Infuser.

Very nice place to stop by to have some food and drinks. We stopped by on our tour twice simply because we had such a great experience.
This place has a great atmosphere, nice music, lovely people and delicious food! We highly recommend this place.. and if you need some bread for dinner at home, stop by in the book store right on the other side of the street .. they offer great self-baked bread.

I want to say that I heard about this place from one of the many blogs online when I was trying to find a rest stop on our way back from Ukee to the ferry port in Nanaimo.

Thank you to the anonymous blogger for the suggestion. This cafe was great and I always appreciate a city with free parking nearby. Great place for a quick stop!

My wife and I had the pleasure of stopping by the Wildflower Cafe on our way to Tofino, and what a delightful experience it was! The owners, who are also chefs, greeted us with such warmth and politeness that we felt right at home. They shared their story of starting the cafe a few years back, and their passion for what they do was truly inspiring. While we didn’t get a chance to try the pastries, which looked absolutely delicious, the extensive kitchen space hinted at the endless culinary possibilities they could offer. The vibe of the place was just right – cozy and welcoming. It’s always a treat to connect with owners who love to share their journey. Can’t wait to return and sample more of what the Wildflower Cafe has to offer. Highly recommend a visit!
