This place has the worst management. The manager there once told reception to sanitize the counter because an indigenous person came in to ask questions. And she also fired someone for standing up for themselves. This person was blamed for making a mistake someone else did and when they said so, they were let go. This place is TOXIC TOXIC TOXIC. Gross to customers and worse to the staff.

I received a call from them this morning but I was not able to pick it up. Then I call them back asking about what is the matter. The lady on the phone was rude like hell from the starting. I don’t know what was up with her but you need to be extra courteous when you are in such a position like customer service.
I was saying something she did not even listen to me she was just saying her part and not listening to me.
This was the worse experience I had.

This place is a joke. After sending everything them ALL ORIGINAL Transcript of Record from my school . They will just gave you level 1. GLENDA ANGELES just told me because of my Major. Its not even part of it. If they can give higher level before why not now? (Because its in demand? ) this is so unfair and degrading at the same time. They didnt even check that I changed address. It was written on my reassessment form. If i could give this place a zero star, I would. They dont even deserve a single star.

these people dont want to give me a level 1 even after doing the whole course for 3 times though i was passed the first time i did the course but they purposely failed me then i did it again like honestly i dont know calling them so many times no response even the instructor does not help with anything no help at all without certification they dont even give you a job i have been looking for job to work in daycare they dont want to give me level 1 atleast i dont know what answers they want but honestly i could write how much i can

hello, everyone whoever takes course for carrier orientation course for level 1 be aware that you will not get any help from they talk so rude put false alligations on you that your answers are not correct just because they dont want you get level 1 certification even the instructor wont help you anyway no reply no help i did this course 3 times when i did it for first time i was passed they falsely failed me because i had ask help from the instructor so guys think before taking this course .
