I recently engaged with Lesley to discuss a potential partnership. We went back and forth for nearly a month, during which I was consistently communicative and always responded to her. When she finally decided she wanted to work together, she expected answers immediately and became upset if there was any delay. I initially offered a fair and balanced contract, but she modified the terms to be heavily in her favor, adding clauses that would make me solely responsible for various issues outside my control and imposing high fees for termination or underperformance. When I declined these restrictive terms, she responded by leaving a negative review on my business page instead of handling the matter professionally.

In her review, she claimed I had poor communication simply because I didn’t respond to her messages for a few hours—behavior that felt extremely entitled and reactionary. It seems that when Lesley doesn’t get her way, she may resort to lashing out or trying to make others feel poorly instead of working toward a constructive solution. For anyone considering working with her, I’d recommend reviewing agreements carefully, being mindful of potential issues with fair and respectful communication, and understanding that if you aren’t willing to bend entirely to her needs, it may not be worth trying to work with her in any aspect.

I had a phenomenal experience! I would honestly recommend this course to anyone. Nicole was an AMAZING instructor. She explained everything in great detail, and was really kind and supportive. Lesley also gave me guidance and advice on how to start a lash business & how to gain clientele and ensuring that they have a good experience. I have taken training with this company/brand back in 2018, master lash course and learned so much with them.
They are amazing, the training I received was super extensive and I felt confident to then go on and work in a salon/studio or in home as an independent lash artist. I reviewed an amazing lash kit that included more than enough products to lash after the course. I continue to repurchase the products from their brand website as they are the best I’ve tried/used. Their lashes are the blackest ever and fan super easily! The glue is amazing and retention is great for my clients. Their tweezers are super light weight and great for many lashing styles/techniques. I love the curve tweezer and the j curve tweezers for volume lashes. I look forward to trying even more of their products as they make them.

If you take their course you won’t regret it, as they really do care about each and every one of their students success! 💕

Lesley is super passionate about what she does, her integrity in her work is super admirable. I went for a eyebrow tint and threading, after painfully growing out my mismatched brows for months... I finally found someone to make my thin uneven brows look beautiful. The best part was she took her time, meticulous to detail, and made sure I was happy with every hair and curve before I left her wonderfully decorated abode. Definitely worth the extra pennies for quality work! Thanks so much!

Lesley was amazing at not only making them look natural, but made me feel very comfortable

Lesley cares a tonne about what she does and it's very evident in her business. From the little details like the highest quality glue that doesn't irritate my eyes, to the decor of her shop - much love goes into everything! Although I haven't gotten my brows microbladed, I've seen people she's done work on and her students' work and they FAR exceed ones those I've seen from other techs! Natural, bold when necessary, and fitted to each person's faces properly. So that goes to show she's a great teacher also. I can't wait to see what's in store for their new space!
