The people that are making complaints are unjustified. The whole idea of the Outreach program is that you are expected to go through the modules on your own. Yes, you are expected to be at the store but the amount of time is VERY short. You are only required to go there for 2 days of the week for a couple hours, which is an INCREDIBLY short amount of time.
If you can't fit that into your schedule, that's a you problem. As a teenager, your education should be your priority. If it's an issue with the parent's schedule, then they need to do better.
Their requirements to stay in the program is incredibly low. If they kick you out, it's your problem for not communicating with them. You can't expect to get everything in your life for free.

The only issue I have is that the staff gossip VERY loudly in front of everyone. I think that's a bit unnecessary. If they were having the conversation privately, I wouldn't care. But maybe don't gossip about other students and parents out loud...

Other then that, the Outreach program has been a great alternative as someone who has had trouble attending traditional school (and has missed 4 years) due to severe anxiety and depression. I am so glad to have this opportunity.

I know 3 people that goes to the learning store and none have ever came back with positive stories one being is that the staff is rude towards the students throwing backhand compliments here and there and they proceed to state that the school would kick them out if they don’t show up for this amount of days and I understand kids are suppose to show up for a good chunk of the weak and learn but sometimes a personal life can affect that schedule and when these 3 people stated certain issues the school lets it go over their head and don’t see any issues until someone gets hurt and the principal is one interesting character much more to say about them
