Some teachers were good but some were bad. My children stayed here for 8-6 years, I think it was better when Mr Fetchiner was the principal, but I still think Mrs mah and teachers are trying their best to handle the students here, but as well as that teacher need to understand many thing about teaching children.

I went to this school from 2020-2023 and I loved it, my teacher
Mrs k (from room 1) was the best. I knew all the teachers well
and we always had a lot of fun, I already miss the school and being part of the sifton synergy team, I was surprised to see so many negative reviews and none of them seem to be true, theirs even a few from people who came here a long time ago. this my favorite school and I wish I went here since kindergarten.

I was at this school last year and it was the worst experience ever. Teachers are sexist and don’t do their work properly, this one teacher ms Olson didn’t know how to control my classmates and sent everyone straight to the office every small inconvenience. And was also extremely sexist. The school took the side of a teacher that hurt a 4th grader. School is extremely islamaphobic and doesn’t care about religion. Ms howden was the worst. She couldn’t others religions and expects us to support her personal decisions. She lies about everything and blamed me for saying the f word to her and gets mad at students for simply being children. Ms howard was horrible and rude to me and others and picked favourites. And was overall unprofessional. The principal (ms mah) was horrible and held me back in her office till dhuhr (prayer for Muslim’s) finished so I couldn’t pray and was unfair about prayer. She didn’t stop the kids that hurt the people that were praying and gave us less then 5 minutes to do wudu and pray. Don’t send your children here for elementary Because it’s horrible and low quality teaching. Go to homesteader instead.

So this school use to have incredible administration secretary, unfortunately it falls flat these days, one secretary not sure she has a accident is very kind and helpful the other not so much. She is rude and inconsiderate when you call, she won’t let you talk, I could go on but I’m showing restraint. the staff is still very kind but the summer office secretary who answered the phone from the school office is not at all I called the school today to see if it was possible to pick up stuff my son left behind on the last day of school, ( unfortunately the last week of school we got sick n I thought he grabbed everything) which I thought was brought home I called and asked if I could pick it up the admin said no told me they open the end if August I asked can you please just check room 22 so it don’t get thrown out she said no n told it’s not possible for her to check even though she was literally in the school office the school is a elementary school and not that big then she told bye have a good day n hung up on me. I was very nice professional and only asking for help to retrieve items before they get tossed out main item being a $50 Nike sweater she wouldn’t even take 2min to go check, then rude,y hung up the phone she must not have children cause she has zero empathy or understanding.

This school is really bad. I went here for one year and it was a living hell. The kindergarten teacher would pinch the kids for doing absolutely nothing and none of the workers would do anything about it. Please send your child to another school.

A teacher grabbed a 4th grade girl and pushed her against the wall. The principal called the children who witnesses it a liar and defended the teacher. What great administration and faculty.

I went to this school between 2006-2009, some of my best childhood memories fr. I really want to know what happened to one of the staff members who at the time went by 'Mr. B'. He never revealed his name to us bruh I need to know what happened to him now 😭😭 I also had a really great teacher who taught here between this time period named Ms. Watt. I still remember her to this day. I was such a troublemaker though I apologize loool. I moved across the country in 2009 and still the memories are like yesterday <3

Who ever is answering the phone has so much attitude for no reason! My father received a call saying our kid is hurt but he doesn’t understand much English and he is in a different province right now so told me to call and make sure he is okay. I did call and the lady who answered answered every question with I don’t know ! I asked if she can connect me with someone who knows ! She said no I can’t! Very rude and unprofessional
But the Principal did call me back and was super nice made up for the rude lady answering the phone ! No one should be talked to this way tho ! Make sure this lady doesn’t do this to other parents the who are doing their best
