Quality fast service. His wife does decals and signs and does a excellent job. Fast and efficient at a great price. Got my item sold 1st day at asking price. Edited jun 2024 somebody smashed my side glass. I didnt think I could do much on a Saturday. It was 11:30am only glass shop in town that was open and said closed at 12 on sat. I flew down there and he fixed me right up staying late ( i am certain it was almost 2pm when I left) its now Thursday and the glue etc is rock solid. Super down to earth guy. If you want it done right go to proline.

Best glass shop in town. Had a car window damaged in a smash and grab. Owner cleaned up all the broken glass, gave me quotes for icbc repair, private repair and even helped me source glass through wreckers to save money. Showed up without an appointment and got the best service with the biggest smile.

Quick, quality work. Had a windshield done through them and everything turned out great. Crew seem like a good group of guys and are fun to deal with. Definitely recommend their services id you are in the area and in need of glass. They only accept cash or cheque so keep that in mind.

Outstanding customer service. Bill replaced my windshield, repaired and sealed some problem areas and even took photos of the before and after. He's easy to talk to, and explains what he'll do, and why. I highly recommend Proline glass, in Alberni. This was a great customer experience!

Guy at the shop office seemed a little off and was smoking inside which didn’t give me a good first impression. Told him what I needed and was told the price which was fine but when I went to give my deposit I was told they only accept cash or cheque, no credit cards or debit. He proceeded to tell me that’s the way he’s always done it and that’s the way he always will. I left and got my window elsewhere. It’s 2019, get with the times.

Great people skills, the owner and I BS'd about bikes and hotrods much to the dismay of my wife as we were dropping off her car to have the windshield replaced and she had to wait for me to finish yapping so she could get a ride home LOL. Picked up her car at pre-aranged time and car was ready to roll.
