Thank you so much Rebecca 💓 and the rest of the stuff you had made our stay fabulous. You guys went the extra mile and totally made us feel at home. The service was amazing. We will definitely be coming back. One of the most comfortable relaxing stayed in a hotel in a long time.I highly highly recommend this hotel. Hotel Security Concerns: Theft and Inadequate Response

Items were stolen while parked directly outside the hotel lobby, a location that should be clearly visible from the hotel's security cameras. However, despite the presence of these cameras, hotel staff claimed an inability to access or review the footage.

The manager's repeated assertion that the cameras wouldn't have captured the theft due to my parking location was particularly frustrating. Especially because she didn't have access to view the footage and was basing this on mere assumptions. This suggests either a lack of understanding regarding the camera coverage or a deliberate unwillingness to investigate the incident.

This incident highlights significant flaws in Super 8's security protocols and customer service. The inability to access security footage, combined with the manager's dismissive attitude, strongly suggests a lack of commitment to ensuring guest safety and security. I would strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you are concerned about the safety of your belongings or expect a satisfactory response to security concerns.

We were in a bind when booking.com screwed up our reservation 2 times, charging us twice and canceling our reservation attempt twice with no refund. The very nice and helpful super 8 staff member hooked us up with a room after struggling with the online booking to get us off the roads during a terrible storm. Thank you very much !!

Room was very neat and clean. Bed was comfortable but pillows were very thick. Service was good staff at the dining hall was very polite and helping but the front reception the guy was having some medical issues I think. They should keep some one fit at the front desk. The door key was not working.

Good room rate! My first stay, the room wasn't as clean as I would have expected. On my return trip, the room was much cleaner. It was comfortable and is close to amenities.

Room was cozy, the bed was not the standard Super 8 bed I have come to know and love. Not as comfy as the normal beds. Staff was very friendly.
