Very good school very like it and nice teacher and ppl are nice . the school super clean very clean if u like sports there volleyball team for boys and Girls and basketball teams for boys and Girls if ur kids has problem with health or hells this school will help ur children. and i meets super good people and friends in this school. for the basketball and volleyball u have be in junior high to do those activities but if ur children going to primary there other activates for them too i MEAN a-lot and it very nice.if u want send ur children i recommend.

I personally loved this school. Especially the teachers that I have been with throughout the years, they have taught me so much. The relationships I’ve built with these teachers is something I will forever hold deeply in my heart. Despite these wonderful experiences, there’s one experience that stands out the most that doesn’t compensate the kindness and wonders of the teachers. This was when we (me and other graduated aluminis) came back to the school that I attended for 8 years, to say goodbye to our teachers that were leaving the school. We were not let inside to say our farewells and blessings for their future. To me I found the actions of the office were unfair,and the reasoning of us not being allowed inside was uncorrelated. They said we were not allowed inside because they were “teaching”. However, what are they teaching in the last day of school when exams are over? The curriculum is complete and they are for a fact doing the opposite of learning. I find it injust that I wasn’t granted access in the school after 8 long dedicated years.

Kids have gone here from K through 9. French immersion. Teachers have been very good. Principal has been understanding and accommodating of our kids' extra-curricular schedule.

Students from a broad social and cultural background, which I value for the kids just as much as their academic experience.

The worst school in Edmonton, bad management, poor activities, events, horrible communication between office teachers and students.Some good, passionate teachers were the reason why my child decided to stay until the end of school year.

I’m being generous and giving this school a one star Rating, because zero stars isn’t an option. I’ve had the absolute displeasure to say that I’ve attend that school for six years, and I hate to say that I’ve graduated jr. high from Holy Cross. If you even slightly value your education, DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. In just one year, the school went from being one of the top ten catholic schools in Alberta to somewhere near the 500’s, so... for starters, nothing gets done. Weather it’s dealing with bullying, or just basic renovations, nothing gets done! I can personally recall a situation where a girl was being cyber bullied and instead of punishing the bullies, they just barely got in trouble, and I doubt that she was the only one. In 2017, most of the good teachers left, and ever since then, my grades dropped. One of my ninth grade teachers personally prevented my chance to getting into my dream high school at the time, which left me and my family confused, however in that depressing week, nothing was ever dealt with and we still have no conclusions on how he got away with it. I also hated most of my lectures in a specific class, because instead of teaching us about political differences, my teacher taught us about how one party is superior to the others and would trash talk the other party’s, leaving me feeling very uncomfortable because my family does not support her political opinions. If you are a teacher it is NOT your job to teach students your opinions, it is your job to teach how each party works, regardless if you agree with it or not!!! The school itself was old and needed renovations, but instead of dealing with them, they wasted their money on iPads and 30 chrome book carts that people barley touched! While attending holy cross, my friends and I constantly wondered if some the teachers there had a degree, and now that I’ve left, I have direct sources telling me that it’s only gotten worse. I could go on, but it’s angering me to simply recall my old school. However, I will leave on a positive note and say that the only good thing about Holy cross is that we have half days on Thursday.

This school is amazing! It has helpful teachers, good safe place to be, teachers try to help to provide/ support students to learn a new language.
