I think people just leave negative reviews here because of the transit system itself. The transit system sucks everyone knows that but that's unrelated to The lost and found service. The lost and found service saved my butt!!!!! I was so grateful that there are still good people in the world and my wallet was turned in. The people working there were easy to work with and were very helpful. Thank you everyone who works here, you are honestly saints!

I lost my phone last Monday in one of the buses, specifically I took bus No. 120X, 09 and bus 113 on the 5th of June, the time was from 06:00 am to 07:00 am
Mobile brand Honor 8X, blue color, the screen is broken. The phone is not important. The most important thing is the information and memories it contains.
Please I want my phone no matter what it takes ..

Left my wallet on the bus late at night. Filled out the form online right away, and called at noon the next business day. Thankfully someone had turned it in and I was able to pick it up at the Edmonton tower. Process was easy and straightforward.

If you need to be somewhere 30 minutes late, like being crammed into a bus with 100 other people or enjoying being stranded on the side of the road then this is the service for you.
The trains don't run properly, the sign boards don't work, the buses are either late, overcrowded or on really fun days drive by you in an attempt to keep this title as worst service ever.
Thankfully I have the means and ability to chose to drive and after the last 10 days of experiencing a new low in service levels I am exercising that choice.
I do worry about those that don't have the choice; how terrible that they are forced to rely on such an unreliable service

Lost my wallet. i get a call on at 3:30 pm Friday they found it. Catch s 12 minute late bus getting there. Arrive at 4:37 pm closed. I'm talking to the people on the other side of the screen. There there. But all I get is "see you Monday". So I was "P" ed off at them. Come Monday morning at 8 am got my wallet back, with money and I'd, and bus passes still inside !! So its good service, (the lost&found) just bring your patience with you.
