Archbishop O'Leary, a school I will forever remain grateful to. In time of trials I was going through with my son, each teacher, grade coordinator and vice principal of my son stood by us in their best possible ways. Such a strong supportive team that my son is fortunate to have. With grateful heart I thank the entire team for your tireless support, care, and love you have shown us. A true definition of "it takes a village to raise a child". May God bless you all immensely in all your endeavors. May the love of God overflow in your homes. Thank you all abundantly. 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I am a bus driver that had the privilege of driving the O'Leary band home from a football game on Friday night and I just want to say how impressed I was with these young people! They were happy and singing all the way back to the school. They were all polite and thanked me as they got off the bus. They left no garbage or messes behind. This group traveled without a teacher, coach, or adult and they were all so respectful. They were so outgoing and happy during the trip I just automatically assumed their team had won the game. It wasn't until we reached the school that I found out that their team had lost this time, yet they were all so happy and just enjoying each other and the effort that their team had put in I just felt that I needed to say... Good job to the people that have taught, coached, parented and led these wonderful young people. And GOOD JOB to the young men and women that rode my bus last night. Kerp up the good work!!

It’s frustrating how little motivation there is to learn here. The teachers don’t seem interested in making the subjects engaging, and most students lack academic responsibilities and motivation, which only makes it harder to focus. I don't know who hires these teachers. It feels like nobody here is really pushing us to succeed, and that’s pretty discouraging.

AP classes don't even add rigor on the subject contents, and often it's just there that teachers who can actually teach. Not bad for a free credit though, but overall it's frustrating and embarrassing. Staff are also unpleasant and unwelcoming.

This is the second year we have encountered a very large school group from ArchBishop O’Leary High School at the Tunnel Mountain campground in Banff. We have been very disappointed in how the group has been supervised during both years.
1). Kids are extremely loud after hours, yelling and screaming and running through the campground
2). A lot of bad language is used by the kids
3). The bathroom facilities are left in a terrible state. Quite disgusting actually.
4). They seem to have little regard for the campers around them who have come to enjoy the outdoors.
Perhaps the school should consider requesting a separate bay for their activities so others do not have to endure their inconsiderate behaviour.

Went to this school from 2009-2011. They did not set up special academic students for success. Their was a Religion Teacher Albert Felicitas, who made negative remarks about homosexuals during my time. When brought up to the school counselor it was excused many times. I also had issues with bullying, people would change the call back number (use to be able to do this) and prank my bullies using "my number" during school hours which I would be in class during this time and not on the phone - I would be harassed by the constable who wanted to have me charged for "harassment" even though my call log did not show their number being dialed out from my phone log for the 3 years I was there, and they had the copies of this to prove FROM MY PARENTS.. This behavior from a counselor and constable made me hate this school in which I stopped attending regularly due to the false accusations made by BOTH parties. This really made me not trust police or teachers and has affected my life afterwards. Being Indigenous and always blamed. I wont speak on the teachers and their lack of ability to teach. The teachers really pushed kids to not do well and then blamed them for lack of knowledge. I also questioned why an adult over the age of 20 (in University) was trying to hang out with teenagers and then going to her mom who worked as a teacher to "spill the tea", her daughter actively targeted students in her class to "be-friend" online and harass them for information. Yes your daughter was sleeping with students 🙂

Terrible school. I tried to apply for my daughter to rejoin this school as she moved and they keep saying they're 140% capacity and taking only catholics. In this school nobody there is catholic. The only thing they do is have is a chapel and prayers in the morning besides that nobody in there partakes in catholic activities. it's basically 97% Non Catholics and 2% Catholic. It's only one person looking over everything too.

Went to this school from 2014-2017 had great memories here and there but I wouldn’t recommend this school at all when it comes to academics. These teachers can’t teach. I don’t know who hires these teachers but all know is someone needs to get fired. I hate this school with a passion.
