Older women at the front desk is very arrogant, with very ignorant remarks. I had went in to receive some help, explained what was the issue, and she started off by calling me a liar, telling me what I had told her was “bullshit”, after showing her the issue on my phone as to why I couldn’t get my daughter set up for the bus, and showing her that it wasn’t “bullshit” she didn’t even apologize, of any kind, she acted as if she never said those thing.

Last year, she had tried to say I didn’t pay for the bus pass when I did.

Hate having to get help from people like this.

My two daughters are walking up a gravel road about 1 km In minus 30 plus because the bus driver will not drive up my gravel road which is a county road and grated I pull a 53 foot trailer and a semi truck down this road that is over 80 feet long. And turn around. Please explain this.

Buses never on time. Call to ask, attitude from reception is brutal. Not to mention last year I paid @600.00 and the bus was unable to run ( cold) more times than it came…do I get a refund?

They will forget to bill you/charge you and then over a year later send collections after you. When you try contacting the contact numbers the collection agency gives you it'll take you to voice mail stating they are out of office til a later date. Talk about trying to help people get an education... sending collections after a student.

Cindy Pittman at the front desk is the most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I won’t get into too much detail but she initially made a mistake which I get.. we are all human. So when I phoned her, she gave me very clear instructions. I followed them, and when I went into the office the following week, she told me a completely different story and advised me to come back. No apology, nothing. She completly wasted so much of my time. I called the following week to see if she had resolved her error and all she did was give conflicting and confusing information. Once again, not doing her job properly. It’s a good thing she’s not in customer service because she’s absolutely horrible at it.

I attended PSD from grades 8-12. My three children have all been in PSD since kindergarten. Currently they are in grade 9, 10 and the oldest has graduated.

My experience has been entirely positive. The school staff are dedicated and truly care about the students.

If you have registered and not moved everything is all good; my kids took the bus last year. I moved in October and have been desperately trying to change my address for 5 months now. Between unanswered emails, unreturned voicemails and now recent in person encounters they have now reached an all-time low in customer service or client care. After finally touching base over the phone in February, three phone calls later they are still unable to help anyone or tell you anything but generic statements that you can find on the website in order to protect a child's information. I was then told to stop by to deal with the matter in person, given their address, directions and best time of day to stop by. After meeting that same person in the front foyer of their office I was then looked in the eye and told to "email her" my new address. What is a person to do when my emails from months ago went unanswered.... repeatedly.
THIS SYSTEM NEEDS CHANGED!

My wife and I work both work full time. I can’t begin to tell you how incredibly disheartening it has been to deal with this myopic department. The staff I’ve dealt with appear to hide behind an impenetrable layer of bureaucracy. They’re unhelpful to the point of being obstructive, and they appear to be completely unaccountable.
